Meeting Secretary Needed

We are looking for a Secretary for our Fire Department. Please contact us through the “Contact” section of this website ASAP. We are looking to move forward soon. Some of the responsibilities include:
Preparing and managing correspondences, reports and documents.
Keeping up-to-date Department documents and electronic database systems.
Attending all Board of Director and Fire Department meetings. (2 per month)
